We spent most of the day at The ancient Minoan site of Knossos. Way too many people (spring break) but really fascinating mostly because of the pottery shards EVERYWHERE on the ground. We walked over these and realized that they were from the early Minoan culture from about 1800 BCE. People were just walking over them without even looking down. What's wrong with all these folks.
